    If at any time you need service for your equipment, whether it is for a treadmill tune-up, a cable replacement, a disassembly, or move of your exercise equipment, you simply call us and a qualified service technician will come to your assistance. We have our own experienced service technicians ready to repair your equipment.

    To ensure the quality of our service and meet the requirements of our commitment to you please be sure to have a detailed description of the problem you are experiencing, ie. Location of problem, any visual appearances, error codes, noises, etc. This troubleshooting will help us to quickly & efficiently diagnose the probable cause and determine if a service call is needed prior to repair.

    My treadmill starts making a grinding noise after my husband has been running at 6mph for 20 minutes. The noise sounds like it is coming from the front, right side of the machine. It only makes the noise if I elevate the machine to 2%.
